More EQ and DVD News

January 28, 2004

My source again informed me that Sony had another ingame survey asking about the possibility of moving to DVD based media. The question on Monday was:

If EQ2 were only offered on DVD would you upgrade your computer?

  1. Yes, I would upgrade to a DVD Rom
  2. No, No I would not
  3. I would consider it
  4. I already have a DVD Rom

So it seems that Sony is very serious about moving EQ2 to DVD. If you have your eyes on this game and your computer is not equipped w/ a DVD drive, it might not be a bad time to start eyeing one as they are pretty cheap now anyways.

I gets mail.

“Pickle can I have your GBA SP?”

No. Jeeez it was a joke. Ok, there is some truth behind my past with handhelds. So dont ask!

Gamertag

You should now be seeing an actual nav button to get to the Gamertag Directory. If anyone has any suggestions or feedback on that, please let me know in the forum. I will be starting a small feedback forum for topics related to Gamertag.

Community News:

January 25, 2004

On the community buzz the SB Sponsored Neverwinter Nights Server is jumping. Each night it is reported to be very full and lots of good roleplaying going on. If you interested contact Relm or Numos on the Snackbar Forums.

Speaking of the NWN community I have started development of a new t-shirt as well as a kicking new website. I know they will geek out over this. Not that they are geeks, but they do love DnD.

If you are interested in your own forum for a clan or something regarding video games at all then feel free to contact Snowcone or myself and we can hook you up. Here at SB, we are here to let you have a voice.
