With just about one month to go before Lego Rock Band is released, Harmonix has released the tracklist for their ‘family-friendly’ version of Rock Band. Lego Rock Band will feature a very diverse array of bands ranging from Queen and Elton John to All American Rejects and Counting Crows. As usual, all songs on Lego Rock Band will also be able to be exported to your hard drive (for PS3s and Xbox 360s) for a fee, to make them playable in any other version of Rock Band that you have.

This week, Nintendo rolled out its newest Wii firmware update, 4.2. Designed to enhance system performance and nothing else, the update is reportedly bricking users’ systems. Nintendo has responded, saying that though most affected systems are modified, owners of unmodified systems bricked by the update can send it in for a free repair.

To celebrate the launch of the PSP Go, a number of PSP titles are being discounted on the PlayStation Network. These titles can be purchased and downloaded on a regular PSP, not just on the PSP Go, so any PSP owners can take advantage of these special deals. READ MORE
Nintendo has stated that any games you purchase off of their DSiWare service are only playable on the DSi that they are purchased from. If you ever buy another DSi, or just want to play a DSiWare game on your DSi instead of a friend/sibling/spouse’s system, you won’t be able to do so.
The only instance in which Nintendo will allow a DSiWare game to be transferred is if the system it was purchased on breaks. In that case, gamers must ship both their shiny new DSi and the old, busted one to Nintendo for the transfer. READ MORE
Naughty Dog has released a multiplayer demo for Uncharted 2, one of the most-anticipated PS3 games of the holiday season. The demo includes 4 maps, 4 competitive modes and 2 co-op modes.
Uncharted 2 is set for release on October 13th.
