Playing it. Loving it. Go out and get it. I have been craving an RPG like this for a while now. The combat system is fun and special attacks wonderful. Though at this time in technology the character models seem a bit off. I think they were going for that anime inspired look. I have to tell myself not everything can or has to look like Soul Calibur 2. For the fans that were turned off by the dice rolling system of Knights of the Old Republic, this is more up your alley.

We have a winner!

Yes, I am alive

I spent the week catching up at work and making a plan of action so I can get around to finishing all the stuff I need to for the site. Since the raw commissions from the affiliate programs wasn’t amounting to much money I figured I would give Google Adsense a try in the forums. I have largely wanted the forums to stay ad free, but I figure small text ads at the bottom of the page wouldn’t hurt anything. Hopefully the combined total of these things will generate enough money for us to continue to giveaway games and other cool stuff. We have at least 2 more contests already lined up as we speak. One first major contest is set to conclude at midnight tomorrow so make sure to get your vote in.

I had about 4 or 5 reviews that I really wanted to post this week, but I am leaving in about 3 hours to get on a plane to San Diego for a few days and I just didn’t get around to it. I know you are all salivating at the mouth to see what I have to say about Front Mission 4 so I promise you will see that and RE:O up early next week. I also promise to spend time at EB getting all the up to date details for the HUGE list of games I am about to add to the gamertag.

I got my first taste of an RTS since I put down Starcraft a long time ago. EA’s Generals got my attention with its awesome graphics and gameplay. Pickle and I jumped right in stormed the front. I definitely need some more practice just to get into the RTS groove again. The game totally rules, and we expect for LOTR Battle for Middle Earth to dominate all. See you on the battlefield.
