After a 7 year break, EA revealed that it was returning to the world of Command and Conquer with the announcement of the upcoming Red Alert 3.
Red Alert 3 promises some ground breaking features for the RTS genre in the form of a fully co-operative game play while bringing back the light-hearted style and classic action-oriented gameplay that the series is known for.
The official website is sporting a trio of screenshots from the upcoming game as well as details about getting into the game’s beta which is slated to launch later this year.

EA just announced that the controversial space title, Mass Effect, will be re-released for the PC in May. With storyline in tact, Mass Effect has been optimized for the PC with the following new features:

characters and environments.
- Fully customizable
controls – PC gamers can re-map the control scheme any way they like.

This week’s Rock Band DLC was just posted on the Rock Band forums, which are now down for an upgrade. This week we take a trip back to the 70’s with some hits from the likes of The Clash, The Police, and The Ramones.
The three song pack is going to set you back 440 MS Points ($5.50), with each track being available on it’s own for 160 MS Points ($2).

This week’s additions for Xbox Live Arcade Wednsday are Commanders: Attack of the Genos and Discs of Tron. Both titles will be available at 1 a.m. PST on Wednesday, Feb. 13th.
Commanders will be available everywhere but Japan and Korea for 800 MS Points and carries an E10+ rating. Discs of Tron carries the same regional restrictions, but will only set you back 400 MS Points and is rated E.
