This evening, Microsoft quietly announced the official release date for Halo 3. That date is currently set as Sept 25th, 2007 for the US with Europe seeing the game a day later on the 26th.
Peter Moore, corporate vice president of Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business, said “On September 25, we intend to deliver a finale that will go down in entertainment history and leave people around the world with an experience that will be shared and enjoyed for years to come.”
We can only hope that Halo 3 delivers the type of experience that Microsoft is claiming. Now the waiting begins and the speculation between beta and final release gets into full swing.
