LucasArts Announces LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga

May 25, 2007

LucasArts confirmed yesterday that rumors of a LEGO Star Wars compilation were true when it officially announced LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. The Complete Saga is slated to include both LEGO Star Wars games with new content and updated gameplay mechanics for the original game.

New levels include Episode II’s never-before-played high-speed pursuit of bounty hunter Zam Wessell. New playable characters like Watto, Zam Wessell, Boss Nass and more bring the total count to over 160 characters. The upgraded Character Customizer will now natively support all characters, including Prequel Trilogy characters, and feature even more crazy character mashups. Vehicle levels from LEGO Star Wars have been overhauled to allow the use of any vehicle like in LEGO Star Wars II.

Other new features include enhanced Force powers, new power-ups, and a new Challenge Mode.

LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga will be available this fall for PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo DS. For more information, you can check out the official website http://www.lucasarts.com/games/legostarwarssaga/
